Parenting is relentless. Before becoming a parent people will joke with you about the challenges of sleepless nights, dirty diapers, and the terrible twos. But, rarely do you learn about the intense mental load, or how to navigate difficult decisions, or how to regulate your own emotions. Trying to maintain your other relationships (partner, family, friends) during this time is also a challenge. For both working and stay-at-home parents the struggles are real. We get that it's not easy, and we want to provide you with the space to complain, process and learn to prioritize and problem solve.
