When the unthinkable happens

When you first see that pink line on the pregnancy test, it's impossible to imagine that your story might not end with a beautiful baby. Sadly, miscarriage and pregnancy loss are far more common than people think. The grief and trauma that can come with this type of loss can be so hard to navigate.  Friends and family might not understand and think it's time for you to move on. We know how hard it could be to wake up every day and feel so alone in your grief. Your therapist will be there to sit with you and your sadness and support you through this difficult time.
