Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

Description: This training provides a comprehensive overview of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including symptoms, risk factors, and the impact on families. Participants will learn how to identify common PMADs and provide compassionate, effective support.

Screening and Assessment for Perinatal Mental Health

Description: This training is designed for providers who interact with new and expecting families. It focuses on how to effectively screen for and detect PMADs in clinical and community settings, ensuring early identification and intervention.

Informational Sessions for Clients, Birth Persons, & Parents
In addition to professional training, we also provide educational sessions for individuals and groups. These sessions are designed to empower clients, birth persons, and parents with knowledge and tools for their own mental well-being. Topics can include postpartum planning, understanding perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and building a support network.

Pricing: Our fees are provided on a per-quote basis to ensure the training is tailored to your organization's needs and budget. We also offer a limited number of pro-bono trainings each year for qualifying organizations, as we are committed to our mission of advocacy and community education
