Bringing a new life into the world can be a time of extreme transitions and transformations in all aspects of a woman’s life. We understand how overwhelming this journey can be, and that's why we at Nurture Mental Health are here to help.

Join Our Community of New Moms

Nurture Mental Health invites mothers with children aged 0-24 months to your safe, supportive space. Here, we explore these transitions together, cultivate community, and support one another. We believe that sharing experiences can lighten the load and foster connections.

Facilitated by Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Lilia Ramil, our sessions are designed to create a nurturing environment. Lilia is under the supervision of Steve Katz, LLC, and Dr. John Souza, ensuring that you receive professional and compassionate guidance.

What We Will Explore Together

In our sessions, we will delve into various topics that are crucial for new mothers. Here’s a glimpse of what we will cover:

Identity

As a new mother, your identity may shift significantly. We will discuss how to embrace this new role while staying true to yourself.

Self-Image

Motherhood can impact how we view ourselves. Together, we will work on building a positive self-image that reflects the incredible journey you are on.

Intimate Relationships

Navigating relationships with partners can be challenging after having a baby. We will explore ways to strengthen these connections during this transformative time.

Familial Relationships

Family dynamics often change with the arrival of a new child. We will discuss how to manage these changes and maintain healthy relationships.

Friendships

Friendships can evolve as you enter motherhood. We will talk about nurturing existing friendships and forming new ones with other mothers.

Self-Care

Taking care of yourself is essential. We will emphasize the importance of self-care and share strategies to incorporate it into your daily routine.
