Couples Therapy

As summer comes to a close, couples may find the need to set aside time to reflect and reconnect. Nurture Mental Health offers this opportunity for busy parents to connect with one another in a safe space.

A pre-licensed therapist will lead the couples therapy sessions.

Couples will evaluate their strengths and areas for growth, concentrating on enhancing communication skills, and creating more opportunities to connect and understand each other's viewpoints.

Session cost $90 (no insurance accepted)

Evenings & weekends available.
